In-Patient Navigation

As healthcare facilities continue to grow larger and larger, the maze to receive care has become incredibly difficult to navigate on your own. Unfortunately, hospitals and insurance companies benefit from this. It creates an advantage allowing corporations to piecemeal care to maximize profits.

Our members who choose to take advantage of in-patient navigation will have a physician and nurse team to review charts, documents, and orders in your medical records. We are available to meet with any of your healthcare providers with you, or as representatives, to ensure decisions are being made in your best interests.

Hospitals love to discharge patients to make room for the next paying customer, and insurance companies love to save a buck by arguing diagnostics or treatments aren’t necessary. To them, It’s ALL about the turnover and moving patients through the system as quickly as possible.

Advanced Acute Care

In the medical world, there is an imaginary line drawn between medical conditions. Anything new, whether that is a new illness, a new injury, or a new symptom from old injuries or illnesses, these are called “Acute.” Anything old, previously diagnosed, currently being worked up by a physician, is considered chronic. There can certainly be “acute” flair-ups to old or existing problems, but the problem itself would remain chronic, while the new episode would be considered acute.

Supplemental Primary Care

Supplemental primary and wellness visits are available by appointment to all. Visits are provided by Dr. Jordan and are offered at no cost to members.

Rescue Migraine Therapy

As an acute care practice, we can provide several remedies to active, difficult to manage migraines, including IV medications and fluid.

Urgent Care / Acute Care

Dr. Jordan and his team are fully equipped to handle most common illnesses and injuries with onsite diagnostics and treatments. We are not a full-service ER; but you’ll be surprised at the level of care you can receive at VIP Health. All with a personal touch, and at a cost lower than most urgent cares.
