The Basic Plan is a great resource for those who may not live in the area, or have family (like kids in college) who may not be able to easily come visit us in person at VIP Health, Wellness, and Recovery. We understand how difficult it is to contact your primary physician these days. Sometimes getting simple advice is all you need to avoid being burdened by huge urgent room bills. With the basic plan, you receive tele-health or in-office primary care visits within 24 hours at no extra charge. As a member, you are always welcome to take part in our collaborative wellness services, and schedule a same day acute care visit when necessary.

The Premium Plan offers you the same no cost extended hours access and same day tele-health visits, with the added value of no cost primary care and well visits. You also receive deep discounts on in-house wellness services as well.


Members without insurance enjoy significant discounts on same day acute care visits, while our insured members would have their insurance billed. And please don't mistake our acute care visits with your doctor's office: we block off an hour for each visit to maximize one-on-one time with Dr. Jordan, and our staff can provide the same level of care you would expect to receive in an urgent room. All labs are collected and run immediately, so treatments can take place before you leave. Bedside care is our mission, and we recognize our members come to see us when they are not at their best. You will never be rushed through the acute care process. Memberships allow us to focus on quality outcomes.
